Illegal migration is a problem plaguing every European country. Could artificial intelligence help in this area? Is it possible to identify suspicious individuals based on the analysis of data from police data centers? As part of a joint project with the Ministry of the Interior, Eago Systems is using AI and machine learning technologies to uncover anomalies in the Big Data of the Foreign Police, detecting suspicious individuals and events.
Various datasets, such as records of foreigners arriving at Prague Airport, occurrences of foreigners at registered addresses, or issued visas, have been examined. Initial results already indicate that the path of utilizing AI and machine learning is correct. Artificial intelligence has identified suspicious individuals with an accuracy of up to 96.6%!
